2 cups of warm milk

How to make
Soft dough is made and left to ferment for 1 hour. The fermented dough is divided into 18 pieces. Each piece is rolled out and butter is spread on it to form 9 layers. The other 9 pieces are prepared in the same way. The pieces are covered with stretch foil and kept in the deep freezer for 15-20 minutes. Then the dough is taken out and rolled out in the shape of a pizza (45-50 cm in size) and cut into 16 pieces. Cheese is placed on the top and wrapped. The tray is left for 20 minutes for the yeast to rise. Egg yolk and oil mixture is spread on them. Baked in a preheated oven at 200°C. Enjoy!
