Dollar Tree ~ Cat tinsel wreath, Halloween ribbon of your choice, black pipe cleaners, pkg. of silver bells.

Walmart ~ 1 skew of Mainstays Chenille chunky yarn, black ($7.00)

Tip: This wreath is great for front doors with glass. It looks good from both sides and will not scratch the glass.
