Mauby Concentrate (Mauby Drink Mix)
Ingredients
6 Pieces Mauby Bark
2 Star Anise
2 Caribbean Bay Leaves ( If Fresh use one)
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 knob Ginger (Optional)
6 Cups Water
5 Cups Dark Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Anise Seed Essense or Draw 1/4 cup of Anise seed and use 1 Tbsp
Orange Peel Optional
Key: The liquid should reduce by half and rest overnight to thicken.
Add Anise seef flavor just before bottling.
