1965 VW Beetle - Removing Stuck Body Bolt - AARGH! - 015

Описание: This is the 15th video on the 1965 VW Beetle. One of the body bolts was so rusted it torqued off when I removed the body. Here I am trying to get the bolt out, but ended up drilling it out and re-tapping the threads… Seems like it will work fine, even though the hole appears slightly enlarged. Very frustrating job - the tap didn’t like the hard steel, and I broke it off halfway through.

This process totally sucked, but I ended up with a good result that will work.
