Online auto drivers’ unions staged a protest at Bhubaneswar near Biju Patnaik Airport, blocking the main road, opposing the opening of Ola, Uber, and Rapido offices in the area. The demonstration drew participation from multiple online auto drivers under the leadership of Dinbandhu, president of the Online Auto Sangh.

Initial tensions arose as local taxi drivers also held a demonstration against the online auto unions. Police intervened to defuse the situation, after which order was restored and discussions between the parties continued peacefully.
