Wheels on shop equipment such as gantry cranes, jointers, thickness planers, lanes etc. and the wheels on luggage deteriorate over time. They need to be replaced. We replaced these plastic wheels with cast steel wheels with polyurethane tread.
We are able to grease the cylinder that rides on the axle and around the roller bearings through two different locations one on the wheel and one in the axle. This looks like an excellent replacement and should last for many many years.
