In this video me and my beautiful wife cooked together in our outdoor kitchen set in our garden. We cooked tandoori roti and meat with potato and cherry tomato in clay pot called handi. This handi recipe very much inspired by ahuna champaran handi gosht the legacy of Bihar (India). It was a great meal for our family enjoyed in outdoor kitchen garden under the open sky and obviously it is more exotic when it comes to cooking and eat in outdoor garden.
