The most striking feature of this waterfront gem is the grand 3 story entrance foyer. Virtually every room in the house connects to to this room. Throughout the house you will see extensive and large mouldings in the style of the whaling era.
Moving through the foyer to the living room we see two massive windows on at each end of the room. This room has a two story ceiling and looks directly out to the water. The sun sets directly out over the water illuminating the room in a incredible glow. Decorated in collaboration with some of NYC top designers, it is a complete oasis of relaxation and glamour. Silk sofas, 16 ft linen draperies, beautiful art, a large fireplace and the beautiful view all make for a perfect room.
