In this episode of Tom's Chuck Wagon, we try our hand at smoking a pork butt (pork shoulder) on our Green Mountain Grills Davy Crockett Portable Pellet Grill while camping in beautiful Palo Duro Canyon State Park. The cooking area of this grill is one of the things we like most about it, and this pork butt was a good test for it.
