This is my Cattle Panel Greenhouse.
I was lucky in that I was able to build this inside my shop...VERY tight fit getting it out my shop overhead door!
First, I built the base.
Each Individual panel was lengthened by 27".
Individual panels were attached to base then welded together to form a rigid shell.
Ends were cut from remaining cattle panels and welded to the shell.
A window and door were then cut out, frames built, and hinges installed.
Window and door were removed, then structure was moved from my shop (without poly) to present location.
Base was anchored to ground, then poly film was installed.
Window and door was then installed.
Temporary power run to greenhouse.
Shelves built/installed.
Entire project took about three weeks.
