How to clean a plugged dryer lint screen. If your dryer lint trap is caked with dust and wax that does not come off, try soaking it like I show in the video and all of that grime should come off fairly easily. If you will be ordering a new lint screen, make sure you look it up using the model number of your dryer first. There are many different lint screens even among the same brand dryers.
