There has been many tales of White Elk in Legends, I also believe the White Elk is a sacred animal also to the Elven in the Lord of The Rings.
The Bugling made by the Bulls are very strange, haunting, yet ethereal and unique.
The unique sounds are created in the skull of air going through the "Larynx" through the "Poll'" (the top of the skull) down out the "nasal" passageway of the elk.
May you receive something special upon hearing the Elk's powerful yet hauntingly noble trumpet like sounds.
