Описание: There are a few ways to get 5C collet on a lathe. One common method is using a 5C chuck which I also own. The benefit of using a 5C spindle adapter is that the work is much closer to the spindle nose giving it in theory better accuracy. I bought an original Harrison 5C nose adaptor but it needed the rest of the draw tube. Here is the build.
