Today is discuss three announced war aims of Russia in Ukraine; one voiced by Putin in June 2024, the second voiced by former President Medvedev regarding Novorossiya, and the third by Duma member Kartapolov proposing incorporation of the entire Ukraine. I also discuss a new proposal by Lavrov to establish a post-war External Administration in Ukraine, i.e. replacement of Zelensky and his government.
