Kubota V3600T Injector Pump Problem and Fix

This video features a malfunctioning Kubota V3600T diesel engine with a mechanical fuel injection system.
Symptom:
Engine won't shut down.
Excessive black smoke when attempting to shut down.
Systems reviewed:
Fuel injection pump
Governor
Fuel Solenoid
Fuel Shut Off Rail
Solution:
Rebuild Fuel Injection Pump
Adjust retaining nut to fuel shut off rail.
(6 inch pounds. Adjust so rail moves smoothly.
