Описание: If you're thinking about moving to Seattle, WA and you're thinking of living in one of the suburbs like Renton, WA... you are not alone! I have lots of clients looking for homes in Renton, WA because it is one of the more affordable communities that is close to Bellevue, Seattle, and Lake Washington. Boeing Airline Manufacturers also have a big plant here, so this is a popular place to live for many Boeing employees.

Many would-be Seattle-ites decide NOT to live within the city limits of Seattle, WA for a variety of reasons. Some people want different schools, different crime-enforcement policies, or just a different, more suburban vibe.

Renton, WA is a great place to live. It has an urban old-fashioned downtown with a lot of character, and the new Renton Landing near Lake Washington and Boeing with new hotels, and shopping!

If you look at a map, you will find Renton, WA right at the south end of Lake Washington, and its in reasonable commuting distance to BOTH downtown Seattle, WA and to Bellevue, WA as well. (Although the commute WILL still take a while during rush hour!)
