I'm just going to say that they really won't ever be friends, not after everything they've been through. I like the idea of them falling in love with each other again but still.... Also, I just want to point out that Damon in promo for 4x15 says how he is not enough, while Stefan has always been enough whenever Elena was broken, desperate and devastated. True love. I know that Elena will shut her humanity off (like Stefan in season 3) and Stefan will be the one to bring it back (like Elena did to Stefan) and it will be epic, but was it Jeremy's death really necessary? I just can't with all these deaths in like 5 episodes it's too much!!!
