Описание:
A gentle nasal breathing practice designed to shift your body into a parasympathetic state — the place of calm, safety, and deep restoration.
When your breath slows down and softens, your nervous system receives one clear message: you are safe.
In this practice, we use relaxed diaphragmatic breathing to activate the vagus nerve and support the body’s natural ability to regulate stress. You can do this seated or lying down. If lying down, feel free to bend your knees and keep your feet on the ground for more ease.
The most important key in this practice is to stay calm.
If you feel any effort, tension, or strain at any point in the technique, return to a smaller count.
We never force the breath.
We simply practice what feels comfortable, allow the body to settle, and then readjust as needed.
It’s the regular practice that creates real change.
This technique becomes far more effective when repeated daily — even for a few minutes. Over time, you’ll begin to feel the difference between tension and ease, and your body will more naturally return to calm throughout the day.
** If you have chronic respiratory conditions, cardiovascular concerns, are pregnant, or experience discomfort during breathwork, please consult your healthcare provider before practicing.
Breathe softly. Stay present. Let the body remember what calm feels like.
