Yummy lemon curd is one of those things that when you try it, it really makes your mouth explode with clean lemon flavour!
Either as a sauce or a filling, lemon curd is making a come back and with good reason, its delicious and not overly sweet and you can use it in cakes, tarts, basically any dessert!
This is the same lemon curd I used in my lemon meringue pies which can tell you something about the consistency, its not as runny and therefore has many more uses as fillings :)
When I decided to film this I thought, one way for me to express the decadence of the lemon curd is through sound, and then it hit me, do an ASMR video! So here it is, my first ASMR video for my collection, please let me know in the comments how you like it and be kind! its only my first attempt! :P
