Iancu is a thief pouter made in Romania.
In fact it's a "big" cross and by this I refer to the breds used... just by mistake at some point.
It all started as a project for me to make white Horsemans. I've started by outcrossing to white homers. The results go temporarly into another project of mine for meet pigeons where I used crossed blood of Hungarian Giant and Pomeranian Pouter.
After loosing the first crosses... I had the luck to bred by mistake (without planning) a white beautiful male from the meet project that was looking just like a big homer with lot of temperament.
In the end we (together with 2 friends) put this white male with a white pouter crossed hen that was buy from Hungary market by a kid.
So, I called it a Horseman cross as this is how it started.
He also looks more like a Horseman from the breds I used, but still some differences by a Horseman Pouter.
