At Donelson Elementary, Mrs. Madonia is known for putting students first and leading with empathy as a 3rd–5th grade resource teacher. She thoughtfully creates individualized plans, takes time to get to know each child and supports their growth with patience and expertise.
She also has the moves, leading the DES dance club with energy and joy, most recently showing them off during the Arlington Christmas Parade. DES administrators selected Mrs. Madonia as this month’s Employee Spotlight, and be sure to watch this one all the way through… you may even catch a few of her dance moves 💃
