Описание: This is a 40 lb one leg squat. Goal is 50% of bodyweight, which would be 80 lbs in this case. Depth could be slightly better. Chain is covered in old fire hose for comfort. Based on research by Alex Natera this equates to about a 1.5 x bodyweight squat. Athlete in the video is 15 and 6' 165.
