The Origins of Cursed Cat Alastor in Hazbin Hotel

In my previous short i talked about the story of cursed cat alastor and it’s origins. There’s actually some additional lore that i was alerted to after my video.

So on january 21st a video was posted from prime video of the hazbin cast drawing their characters. The drawings are all pretty funny, until we get to amir’s drawing of alastor which resembles a cat.

As we know korean artist coma 0423 drew his rendition of this cat on february 25th and history was made.

I think it’s very fitting that the design came from one of amir’s drawings. One quick sketch led to a fan favourite meme, which makes the story even funnier in my opinion.
