Check out this time-lapse of our cobot welder, welding batches of our 1Guard feet.
Notice the operator nudges the cobot to start the weld cycle, this is a feature of the Doosan cobots and is extremely productive as the operator is performing other tasks between cycles.
The Cobot Welder can be simply programmed by hand guiding the torch to the start and finish points of the weld, recording those positions, and then setting the weld parameters.
