"I’m often asked about what I look for when hiring. One of the key attributes, in my opinion, is finding someone who comes into the business and thinks like a proprietor (an owner). If you’re lucky enough to find someone who goes about their work with a sense of proprietorship - hold onto them. It’s a continual process between you and those partners or employees to maintain that attitude towards your business. It’s absolute gold."
