Описание: Mortgage Loan Fees can be a complicated manner. As a matter of fact, most borrowers get slightly overwhelmed when they receive a copy of the Lender's Estimate for the 1st time. There's definitely several things that must be kept in mind; the first and most important is that the fees are more than likely over disclosed. This is done simply because fees can be reduced, but not increased after the initial Lender's Estimate is sent to the borrower.

In this video, I cover the general fees starting with Lender's underwriting fee, Credit, Appraisal, Escrow, Title, Notary and Recording which are most common. I also touched on prepaid fees such as Insurance, pre-paid interest, impounds, etc.
