In this video, we take our Intrepid 4x5 camera on a series of hikes along the Blue Ridge Parkway, capturing the beauty of North Carolina’s mountain landscapes in large format. We walk through the process of shooting with this camera, from setup to composition, while exploring the challenges and rewards of using 4x5 film in the field.
This video was shot just a few weeks before Hurricane Helene devastated the Mountains of North Carolina. We were fortunate enough to not experience too much damage on our home.
