enjoy making this wonderful Easter Pizza Rustica : this is for one pie
if you want to make two pies just double the dose
for the dough
1 pound of 00 flour or all purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 pound of unsalted butter
pinch of salt
Whole milk as much as needed
for the filling :
1pound basket cheese or Ricotta if you do not find basket cheese
3 large eggs
4oz of prosciutto (cut up a half inch slice)
4oz of ham
4 oz of of mozzarella
4 oz of mortadella
4oz of sharp provolone
4 tablespoon of pecorino romano
pepper as you like
1 egg for egg wash
