Some questions and comments by participants in this webinar:
1. There is a lot of KN95 mask in the market as compared to N95 mask. Are they effective?
2. What about the Gradual Doctrine of the symptoms of the persons suffering from the COVID-19,who are lucky to survive after getting this infection. And does it make guideline for the management of the new COVID-19 cases.
3. In Pakistan there has been use of some cosmetic measures like disinfectioning sprays over masses through sprays at hospital gate. Is it an approved strategy in rest of the world?
4. What about use of point care testing in US as part of the strategy to do find disease burden along with PCR testing? Its not allowed and approved in Pakistan and i am not sure why is it so. Should not this test be provided as a sort of screening measure in our stage of pandemic response.
5. Can N 95 not be used for 7 days without being washing or disinfecting?
6. I have read somewhere from chineese experience that there is a sort of window period for performing PCR test and the way to transport specimen. Should it not be transported under some sort of temprature range for it to be not going rancid?

BCG vaccination has somehow seen to spurr the immune system into against certain infections like diseases that once had their origin from soil or animals like TB but may be some viral infections but its not yet a known fact to be of any protective value. A new trial with the name of BACTIR or something is in the offing.
8. Is is true to be known that IVIG has shown disappointing results to be of value as a mean of therapy in COVID-19?
9. What are drugs that are indicated for microvascular thrombi in critical care covid 19 patients instead of heparin.please mention generic formula so that we can understand in pak
10. How often we should do rt PCR and antibody test to label patient as marker for cure
11. What is your stance about acquiring immunity?can someone get re infected. what does literature say
12. Is viral load have anything to do with outcome/treatment
