Описание: Inscribed by UNESCO in 1986, we visited Studley Royal Park & the ruins of Fountains Abbey in February 2026. This short video highlights our visit. Fountains Abbey was founded in 1132, and it was broken up after 1530 when the abbey was abolished by Henery VIII. It was the largest and richest Abbey in the UK in its day. The Royal Park and Water Garden highlight the taste and wealth of the European upper classes in the 18th century.
