CheatMusic is a new sheet music standardization that aims to reduce the unnecessary complexities of sheet music. The CheatMusic software is an open source, computationally efficient optical music recognition system that allows you to convert your sheet music without the use of specialized hardware.
How to learn:
CheatMusic allows you to read music from an abstract perspective. Instead of reading notes, you read patterns and chords. All major, minor, diminished, and augmented chords, no matter how they are broken up or inverted, can be learned by memorizing the color schemes here: https://cheatmusic.org/pages/learning
You can practice going from color schemes to chords just by watching these videos and looking for the color schemes.
