Welcome to my first MultiVersus video! In this MultiVersus Jake Guide video I cover some basic bread n' butter combos I've found useful on Jake.

At first glance, Jake's combos aren't very intuitive and his combo game can feel lackluster. However, with some practice, many of Jake's moves provide opportunities to combo your opponent and deal massive damage.

As shown at the end of the video, a lot of Jake's combos can loop over and over, such as the n-air d-air combo, which allows you to get creative and combo your opponent in many different ways.


Here is a guide for the terms used in the video:

DC: Dodge Cancel
Jab: Side attack on the ground
N: Neutral
D: Down
S: Side
U: Up
Light (ex. S-Light): Ground attack in corresponding direction
Air (ex. S-Air): Aerial attack in corresponding direction
Special (ex. S-Special): Special attack in corresponding direction

*Numbers are used to indicate individual parts of a move with multiple hits (ex. D-Air 1 on Jake would be the first hit of his Skateboard attack).
