Select martensitic-pahsed (MP) NiTi files with biconical tips and precurve them toward the original canal. Select T-mode of the Ai motor and use 90-degree SGP at 100 rpm and REC for the second motion at CW 380-degree/ CCW 50-degree reciprocating motions at 150 rpm. Use the 90-degree SGP with the smallest MP NiTi file in a short vertical stroke until the ledge is bypassed and use the second motion after you get into the original canal. Use those MP files in sequence the same way to complete the root canal preparation.
まずは二重円錐構造のマルテンサイト相NiTiファイルを選択し、先端部を本来の根管に合わせてプレカーブを付与する。次にAiモーターのTモードを選択する。そして小さい方のファイルのプレカーブを本来の根管に向けて90度SGPの振り子運動を100rpmで上下動させながら本来の根管に挿入できるまで継続させる。本来の根管に挿入できたらTモードの二つ目の回転モードに移行させてCW380度、CCW50度のレシプロ回転を150rpmでおこない本来の根管を形成させる。作業長までファイルが届いたら、次の番手のファイルを同様におこない根管形成していきレッジを減少させていく。
