Track 20 from PC-98 Perfect Cherry Blossom.
In terms of composition, this track already sounds as if it came straight from a Touhou PC-98 game. Not sure which though, least likely SoEW. All 6 FM channels are used.

Here is the entire Touhou 7: Perfect Cherry Blossom soundtrack remade for the OPNA/YM2608 chip in full tribute to the existing Touhou PC-98 soundtracks. These are recorded from FMPMD2000 and slightly mixed, and will continue to be so until someone is able to provide hardware recording.
