Classic radio 1 top 40 singles countdown with Mark Goodier. The infamous 40 to 1 rundown prior to the number one was the main feature of the chart show from 1988 to 2007 and was the first point on UK radio to hear the brand new full chart revealed - as determined by the sales figures for the week just ended. Mark was probably the best presenter for the top 40 during that period. Quite often the chart topping artist / singer would be interviewed; this week it's Mel C's turn.
