Ultima = Charge bar gain
Takes a few turns to setup but pretty straightforward after that, slow run though since Monika is pretty underwhelming and ougis takes time but thanks to Makura (as usual) she manages to not die atleast and dish out some hefty skill damage =p
Monikas s2 works quite well with this dodge duo though since they can't lose it so they will atleast never be dispelled, that said though the buff itself is kinda bad
Yuni is obviously here cause of reasons other than damage :(
