🛒 Ingredients
🌾 Wheat flour – 1 cup
🌰 Ragi flour – 1 cup
🧂 Salt
💧 Hot water
🛢️ Oil
🌿 Jeera
🧄 Garlic (chopped)
🧅 Onion (chopped)
🌶️ Chilli powder
🧀 Grated paneer
🟢 Matar / green peas
🧈 Ghee
📝 Method
• Mix wheat flour, ragi flour and salt
• Add hot water and knead into soft dough
• Add oil, knead again and let it rest
• In a kadai add oil, jeera, chopped garlic and onion
• Add chilli powder, grated paneer and green peas
• Let peas boil, then smash and form small round balls
• Make small dough balls, place prepared matar filling inside
• Roll into thin paratha
• Cook on pan with ghee on both sides till golden brown
• Serve hot with chutney ❄️🌿
