These CCTV images show the moment Leonid Papachin drove his 40-tonne truck the wrong way up the slip road (top left and right) in the middle of the rush hour last month in Staffordshire - because he was unable to pay an £11 fee to use the M6 Toll. Cannock Magistrates' Court heard Papachin, 51, who lives in Lithuania, had only been working in Britain for two months when he made the dangerous move. A court heard he had tried to leave the toll motorway but his cash card was not accepted, so he drove back up the slip road before swinging across two lanes of traffic (bottom left) and rejoining the road (bottom right).
