COLOURED PASTA DOUGH

Описание: Colored pasta with natural ingredients, made in a simple way. Great activity for the whole family and the perfect very original present you can make yourself. We will show you 2 shades of green pasta and red pasta.
Adding ingredients like spinach, beetroot, parsley, harissa, paprika, or even flower will give a fantastic color to your pasta.

As you will see, the recipes are slightly changed from the one we showed you in the previous episode(link below). Based on that we are adding additional products, and we need to compensate for the water present in them.

Ingredients :

Red pasta dough
flour 260 g
eggs 2 pcs
beetroot 50 g

Green pasta dough (light shade)
flour 260 g
eggs 2 pcs
parsley about 2 handfuls (leaves only)

Green pasta dough (dark shade)
flour 260 g
eggs 2 pcs
spinach 50 g

*the choice of flour is up to you, 00 flour is the one we use in the video, but can be swapped for semolina or all-purpose flour.

1. Add the eggs and the coloring product (beetroot, parsley, spinach) to a jug and blend them well. *depending on what equipment you have available, you can use : hand blender, jug blender, or kitchen robot.
2. Add the mix into the flour and start mixing until well incorporated.
3. Wrap in cling film and rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
4. Take out and roll out to desired shapes.
