Maker Church is a church on the Rame Peninsula between Millbrook and Kingsand in East Cornwall. The church is dedicated to SS Mary & Julian and was the church for the Mount Edgcumbe Estate. The church is mainly 15th century however the Edgcumbe Chapel was added in 1874. The font is the oldest part of the church and dates from approximately the 11th century. The font is originally from St Merryn church which is in North Cornwall, around 38 miles in a straight line. The tower of the church is a landmark in the Tamar area from both Cornwall and Devon. Inside the church is some excellent stained glass and quite a large pipe organ. The pulpit is decorated with different coats of arms, including the coats of arms for Cornwall.
The church is part of the parish of Maker-With-Rame which is bordered by the parishes of Torpoint, Millbrook, St John, and, across the River Tamar in Plymouth, Plymouth, and Wembury.
