This episode in the Jibsea Galley, we're cooking up our go to chicken for dinner as full time cruisers and liveaboards on a sailboat. Simple, quick, and with easy to find ingredients as we sail through the Caribbean. Steph shows how she makes dinner quickly and efficiently while minimizing the amount of dishes, utensils and propane being used.
Pan Fried Chicken
chicken breast
Italian bread crumbs
salt and pepper, paprika, granulated garlic, cayenne pepper, thyme, Old Bay seasoning all to taste
mayonnaise (enough for a thin coat on the chicken breast)
extra virgin olive oil (enough to cover the pan and area of the chicken breast)
Carrots
peeled and sliced carrots
butter, brown sugar and cinnamon all to taste
Poutine
frozen fries (bake as per package instructions or until crispy and golden brown)
gravy packet and water (follow directions on the packet or until desired consistency and saltiness)
shredded cheese (as much as you want!)
