The 2026 Shelby County High School Honor Band delivered an outstanding concert featuring some of the finest student musicians from Oak Mountain, Chelsea, Calera, Columbiana, Helena, Montevallo, and Vincent High Schools. This elite ensemble came together for an unforgettable performance marked by precision, power, and musical maturity.
The concert was highlighted by guest composer Rossano Galante, whose music has been featured in major Hollywood films including Avengers. His presence elevated the experience as the band performed two world premiere works under his guidance.
