Описание: चर्चाएं बहुत हैं...हम आप सभी ये बातें करते सुने जाते रहे हैं कि फलां विभाग काफी भ्रष्ट हैं...फलां विभाग में भ्रष्टाचार के बिना कोई काम ही नहीं हो सकता है...हालांकि ये सारी जुबानी भर ही है...लेकिन अब इस बात पर मुहर NCIB यानी नेशनल क्राइम इन्वेस्टिगेशन ब्यूरो ने ना केवल मुहर लगा दी है...बल्कि NCIB ने तो एक लिस्ट भी जारी की है कि भारत के टॉप 10 भ्रष्ट विभाग कौन कौन से हैं...NCIB की ये लिस्ट जनता की शिकायतों, मीडिया रिपोर्टों, ट्रांसपेरेंसी इंटरनेशनल और लोकपाल या लोकायुक्त जैसी संस्थाओं की रिपोर्ट्स पर आधारित है...अब आपके मन में ये सवाल उठ रहा होगा कि आखिर कौन हैं वो भ्रष्ट विभाग जिनको टॉप 10 की लिस्ट में जगह मिली है...सबसे बड़ा सवाल ये है कि इस लिस्ट में पहला स्थान किसका है.
