INGREDIENTS
MEAT
500g mince meat
500g mince chicken
DAIRY
250g cottage cheese
1½ cup white cheddar cheese
1½ cup yellow cheddar cheese
VEGETABLES
½ cup red paprika
½ cup yellow paprika
5 ml oil
REFRIGERATED
5 eggs
BAKING & SPICES
3 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ tablespoon red pepper flakes
HERBS
½ tablespoon garlic flakes
1 tablespoon fresh basil
½ cup spinach
1 cup white onion (chopped)
