On Monday, November 11th, 2019, we co-hosted our very first Prix Fixe for Youth event with Madame Vo BBQ to benefit Apex for Youth, a nonprofit that delivers possibilities to underserved Asian and immigrant youth in New York City.
A 5-course tasting menu featuring childhood dishes from chefs and restaurateurs behind international Thai hit Somtum Der, fast-casual Chinese Junzi Kitchen, modern Vietnamese Madame Vo, elevated Taiwanese street food 886, Japantown building TIC Restaurant Group, and Kopitiam.
