The HEALS ACT was just released yesterday for the next stimulus package and second round of stimulus checks. This proposal outlines who may or may not be eligible to receive the payment. This stimulus package is still being negotiated in Congress right now in the Senate and everything is still a proposal. The one aspect of the stimulus package that both parties agree on is the Second round of stimulus checks.
