We began at the Pfarrkirche St. Andreas, a striking neo-Baroque church built between 1904–1906. Its 54 m tower dates back to 1748, and the ornate Rococo interior features a remarkable Hindelang organ with over 2,500 pipes. This church isn’t just a place of worship—it’s a true landmark in the Bavarian Alps.

From there, we traded historic beauty for natural wonder, heading up the Alpspitzbahn cable car. At the summit of the Alpspitz (1,575 m), we soaked in sweeping views across the Allgäu region and the Bavarian Alps. Hiking trails, panoramic lookouts, and fresh alpine air made this the perfect way to experience southern Germany’s mountain charm.
