Can't stress enough how moist, soft and delicious this Eggless Cherry Cake is. Try it for yourself and you will fall in love with it. The recipe is simple, quick and very easy and needs ingredients which can be easily found at home. Also, I have topped the cake with Glaze which takes the cake to another level but its completely optional and the cake still tastes decadent without glaze too. the recipe for Glaze is simple too, needs only 3 ingredients and gets ready in 1 minute. So do try this recipe and let me know how it turned out to be.
Ingredients:
1. Cherries- around 100gm (you can add more or less)
2. Curd- 1/2 cup (100gm)
3. Sugar- 3/4 cup (150 gm)
4. Oil- 1/4 cup (50 ml)
5. Refined flour(Maida)-1 cup (200 gm)
6. Baking powder- 1 tsp
7. Baking soda- 1 tsp
8. Milk- 2-3 tbsp (add more or less as required)
9. Vanilla essence- 3-4 drops
