Neighbors in Orangevale believe someone is throwing nails and sharp objects in the roads, leading to flat tires as vehicles drive through the neighborhood. Residents said streets in the Woodmore Oaks area are being targeted, specifically, Trajan Drive off Greenback Road. People started finding the small silver nails in October.
