In this video we are covering a subframe swap for an Infiniti Q50. Any subframe from a G35, G37, 350Z, or 370Z should work but my personal recommendation would be a G35/350Z subframe. While this process may seem daunting, it is actually relatively easy to do even without the use of a lift. There are four main subframe bolts that need to be removed. Your driveshaft and struts will also need to be unbolted. The only other items that need to be disconnected are your ABS wires and your parking brake cables.
The main advantages to swapping your subframe are your differential options and your reduced track width, allowing wider wheels to be mounted without poke. You can use any Q50/Q60 coilovers with this swap however you will need washers/spacers as the Q50/Q60 bottom mount is slightly wider than a G/Z bottom mount.
